This is Richland County CEO member, Xander Holtz, with Tuesday’s recap. Our class had the opportunity to visit the IECC District Office and hear from Sonja Wease, the Assistant Director of Human Resources. She spoke with us about preparing for our mentor match day and shared valuable leadership advice. She also shared her background in the military and explained how it shaped her into the leader she is today, preparing her for the role she currently holds.
