I am excited to be returning as the Richland County CEO Facilitator. CEO was a tremendous part of my life from 2018-2020. In that time, I learned so much from our community, the CEO Investors and Board, and the thirty-seven CEO students who joined me through the journey. I stepped away from CEO in 2020 to focus more time on my family and pursue a new career. My life changed dramatically in the last two years, and I firmly believe that God guided me and placed me where I needed to be during that time. I am forever grateful for the support my family, friends, and Olney Central College provided me during those two years and continue to provide during this next transition. I am delighted to return to Richland County High School to teach English and facilitate CEO.  I am passionate about the CEO program, and I am elated to guide the future CEO students through one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of their high school careers. I know first-hand how much this program will transform the students. Their personal growth and the profound respect for their community that they will develop are what excite me the most about rejoining CEO. I look forward to returning to a place that brought me so much joy.  As cliche as it sounds, Pliny the Elder said it best, “home is where the heart is.”
