Position Announcement C.E.O. Program Facilitator
Olney Central College Richland County CEO is preparing the next generation of strong effective leaders and desires to be proactive in building economic growth through a transformational entrepreneurship program called CEO (Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities). Olney Central College and the Richland County CEO Board of Directors is seeking an innovative educator to facilitate the class who believes that education extends beyond the classroom.

DESCRIPTION: The facilitator’s role is to model a passion for learning, connect with the students and community, collaborate with the CEO Board and most importantly provide guidance to the students on their personal CEO journey. CEO offers real life experiences through regular contact with entrepreneurs and business people. Students in the program will come from RCHS and will meet from 11:18AM to 12:30PM Monday - Friday (RCHS 3rd Block) during the school year. The facilitator position is a part-time position and is responsible for arranging business visits, guest speakers, calling on business people, and maintaining the CEO program accreditation. The facilitator must establish good relationships with the business community, prepare the many communications that make the program transparent, and build the learning environment that allows students to succeed.

QUALIFICATIONS: A Master’s in Business, Finance or other similar degree is preferred. In lieu of a Master’s degree, 2000 hours of field experience in small business development or similar industry is required for dual credit qualifications. Candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills, an understanding of workforce trends and issues, strong communication and team building skills, and the ability to prioritize work.
