🌟 Student Spotlight: Karlee Piercefield – Richland County CEO Class of 2026 🌟
Meet Karlee Piercefield, a senior at Richland County High School and a proud member of the CEO Class of 2026! Karlee is excited to take part in the CEO program and looks forward to learning what it takes to build a small business while strengthening her leadership skills.
At RCHS, Karlee stays active as a member of the cross country team, winter swim team, track team, and cheer squad. Her involvement in athletics has brought her lasting friendships and valuable connections with teammates and coaches. She also participates in several clubs, including Interact Club and Youth Alive for Christ, serves as an Athletic Ambassador, and is a proud member of the Richland County Hilltoppers 4-H Club. Through these roles, Karlee has discovered a passion for leadership and serving her community.
Outside of school, Karlee works as a certified lifeguard at Musgrove Aquatic Center and swims for the Olney Tigersharks during the summer. In her free time, she enjoys baking, gardening, and training for upcoming sports seasons. After high school, she plans to attend a four-year university and major in Speech-Language Pathology.
Karlee is excited to meet new people, gain real-world experience, and see where the CEO journey takes her this year!
