🌟 Student Spotlight: Xander Holtz – Richland County CEO Class of 2026 🌟
Meet Xander Holtz, a senior at Richland County High School and a driven member of the CEO Class of 2026! Throughout high school, Xander has been active in a variety of activities—including football, FFA, and student council—while consistently earning a spot on the high honor roll.
Outside of school, Xander works at the Wakefield Mill and runs his own pressure washing business, Top Notch Pressure Washing, which he launched over two years ago. An outdoors enthusiast, he enjoys hiking, hunting, and fishing. When he’s not working or spending time in nature, Xander can be found working out, spending time with family, or attending church to worship and grow in his faith.
Xander plans to attend Olney Central College to earn his associate’s degree before transferring to the University of Illinois, where he plans to major in electrical engineering and minor in business. Through the CEO program, Xander looks forward to building strong connections with community leaders and gaining the knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills to thrive in his future career.
