This is Richland County CEO member Brendan McCartney. I would just like to thank everyone this year from Investors, Board, Mentors, Facilitator, and the Community for helping in making this year's CEO program successful. My favorite memories throughout this year would have been when we got to go to all the different businesses around town and learn from them. It makes it way more interesting when you are actually involved in the stuff that you are learning. I have learned a lot out of this program including communication, critical thinking, team-work skills, but most importantly attitude. I loved seeing how all of our attitudes had changed for the better throughout the CEO program. I think I would miss the people in the CEO program. That includes Investors, Board members, Mentors, Facilitator, Alumni, and my classmates. I have learned so much that when you are trying to build something, you have to have the right people there to support you through it, and that's what they all did. Advice I would give for next year is to never give up when times are hard. It may feel like a struggle getting through something, but you could never succeed without that struggle.
