About Me

Courtney Crawford - I will be a senior this coming year at RCHS. I am involved in the RCHS Interact Club, the Olnean Yearbook, and the Introduction to Teaching Program. In my free time, I enjoy spending  time with my friends and family. I have received honors and high honors throughout my high school career. After graduating high school, I plan to attend Olney Central College and receive an Associate’s Degree in Science and Arts. Upon graduating OCC, I plan to transfer to Eastern Illinois University to receive my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education & Teaching. I am currently employed at Community Support Systems, as a secretary of the ABC Children’s Program. I am most excited for creating an organized and efficient business that will hopefully benefit our local community. I hope to gain friendships, knowledge, and experience through the CEO Program. I am truly blessed and excited to have been given the opportunity to take part in the 2023 Richland County CEO Program. I look forward to next school year.

Courtney Crawford- Mirror of Perfection is owned and operated by 2023, Richland County CEO Entrepreneur, Courtney Crawford. Mirror of Perfection is a plus size online boutique, where one can purchase plus size clothing, jewelry, & accessories.  Mirror of Perfection was created to make every plus size teen girl and woman in our community feel more confident in what they wear. Mirror of Perfection was first envisioned in 2019 during the midst of the pandemic. Courtney wanted to find something to do during the pandemic that would make an impact. Although Mirror of Perfection did not take off at that time, she feels that now is the right time to launch her business. The slogan at Mirror of Perfection is, “Where your reflection is always a Mirror of Perfection.” The prices are based on affordability and how much the item was  purchased for.
