Alex Nealis

About Me

Alex Nealis - During my senior year at RCHS, I hope that the CEO program will offer me opportunities to become knowledgeable of how businesses are run in the community and to help prepare me for my future in college and my career. Currently, I play two sports: golf and basketball. I have been First Team All - Conference every year as a golfer and was the 2021 LIC Conference Golf Champion. More importantly, I focus on leading my golf team to help achieve their best on the course and representing our school. I am also a leader of the Fellowship of Christain Athletes Club and a One Tiger Nation Athlete Ambassador. Over the summer, I mostly work at the golf course in Richland County, compete in golf tournaments all over southern Illinois, and hang out with friends. I enjoy reading, math, U.S. history, and the outdoors.  After high school, I have interests in attending a University to focus on engineering or land-surveying. I am excited to work with my fellow CEO classmates in order to get the most out of the program that it has to offer. 

About My Business

Alex Nealis-  Tee It Up Golf Shop is owned and operated by 2023 Richland County CEO Entrepreneur, Alex Nealis. This business was created with his passion for the game. Alex’s goal through his business is to encourage others to learn the game of golf. The game of golf has given him priceless memories with his dad and brother, many fun moments with friends, and created new relationships with fellow golf enthusiasts. He hopes to pass that along by encouraging more people to play golf through his business. He pursued this by creating the idea to sell the used golf balls he has collected throughout the years and offer golf lessons for those who want to learn the sport or sharpen their skills.  His golf balls are accessible to all skill ranges and are prepared and packaged for each customer differently based on their golfing needs. His prices range from $10 - $20 per dozen golf balls and can be ordered on Facebook.
