This is Richland County CEO member Josie Ginder with this week’s recap. We kicked off the week on Monday by reading the chapter “Perseverance is Overrated.” On Tuesday, we toured Dolls Inc. in Olney, where the current president of the business, Brad Doll, he shared valuable insight on the business and the family aspect of it! On Thursday, we participated in the 2026 Mock Trade Show, preparing for next week, we set individual booths and got good advice and feedback from mentors and board members. We wrapped up the week with a team building activity called Categories, which worked on critical thinking in high pressure situations. Overall, it was another fun, learning, and growing week of the CEO program.
