This is Richland County CEO member Xander Holtz with this week’s recap. We kicked off the week on Tuesday by preparing for pitch day, followed by the pitch competition on Wednesday. On Thursday, we toured First National Bank in Olney, where Herman Zuber, Ann Muston, and Emily Clark shared valuable insights about how the bank operates, how it generates revenue, and what it takes to be an effective leader. We wrapped up the week with a team building activity playing Jenga, which challenged our ability to think strategically under pressure. Overall, it was another fun, engaging, and valuable week in the CEO program.
