Hello everyone! Today, as a part of Richland County CEO, Addison Fulk, Josie Ginder, and I (Karlee Piercefield), had the pleasure of talking with Amanda Troyer and Tiffany Fulk, both who work in the County Clerk office at the Richland County Courthouse. They talked with us today about all that happens behind the scene of the Clerk office, and their time in their positions. We enjoyed talking with them about all the different records, elections, and many more! We greatly appreciated their time with us today!
