This is Richland County CEO member, Molly Fehrenbacher, with our weekly recap. We started off the week by taking our BIM quiz, followed by reading this week’s chapter “The Buckeye,” which was lead by Karlee Piercefield. This chapter was about following your passion and not losing hope in your dreams. On Tuesday, we got the chance to tour TrustBank, right here in Olney, lead by Mark Richardson. On Wednesday, the class split up and met with small groups for lunch to discuss and plan our pitches to the class about our class business type. Thursday, we took a trip to White Oak Events to hear from the owners, Blake and Melissa Runyon. Lastly, on Friday, we ended the week with an exciting team building activity called “Blind Drawing” led by myself. This activity had several take away skills, like attention to detail, nonverbal communication, and focusing skills. We also presented our pitches for our class business type. Yet another great week in the books for CEO!
