This is Richland County CEO member Ayden Nealis with this weeks recap. To start, we took our weekly BIM quiz followed by reading this week’s chapter, “Riding the Rapids,” read by Josie. This chapter was about learning how to manage the unexpected events and changes that occur when running a business. Tuesday followed up with our Mentor Matching Event where we each individually talked to every Mentor to find out which mentor was the best fit for each of us. On Wednesday, we were given the opportunity to tour Walmart DC by Andrea, Joel, and Colton. We ended the week with a team builder activity, led my me, which was called “Paper Puzzle.” The activity tested our communication, teamwork, and problem solving/critical thinking skills. Overall, It was a fun week filled with great moments for CEO!
