This is Richland County CEO Member, Jack Davis, with Wednesday’s recap. CEO had the opportunity to visit City Hall and speak with City Clerk and CEO Mentor Kelsie Sterchi and many other city officials. We learned about the vast amount of roles they assume, what their jobs look like on a day-to-day basis, and how they all contribute to keeping the great City of Olney running. We also had the opportunity to learn some history about Olney, including when Olney was founded and what some of the first council meetings included.

We want to thank Kelsie Sterchi, Frank Bradley, Jane Guinn, Lori Zimmerle, and Kathy Coleman for taking the time to talk with CEO and for all that they do for the city of Olney.
