What a great first full week of CEO!
Our office days were spent diving into Phase Two of the Micro Business and focusing on the key concepts that make CEO so impactful. We welcomed our first guest speaker, Lauren McClain, and took our first business visit to AM Transport.
We ended the week by celebrating one of our very own OTN football players and wrapped things up with our first team builder, “Puzzled.” The real challenge wasn’t the puzzle, it was learning how to embrace change, adapt, and adjust when things don’t go as planned.
So much learning, growing, connecting, and celebrating in just one week! We can’t wait to see what’s ahead!
