Dear CEO Community,

It's hard to believe that this year is already over. So many memories were made this school year, and no-one will forget the class of 2020. Being a part of the CEO program during this pandemic has been an interesting experience. We had to find a new way to learn from home, and we all had to figure out a way to run our businesses in this tuff time. This year has only shown the strength and perseverance in the class of 2020. With the support of my teachers, my family, my mentor David, Sheri, and others, I have only grown since starting this program back in August. This year of students is very special and will become very successful in the upcoming future. The book "Things You Wish You Knew Yesterday" says you won't be the same person after reading the book. In my opinion, this applies to the whole year, not just the book. There were too many lessons that were learned along the way to forget. The lessons learned in the Richland County CEO Micro Business, Class Business, and Individual Business have been monumental in my business career. All year I worked on my marketing and networking skills until I created my own process of doing things. I found my own style of connecting to customers, and I can't imagine learning any other way than through this program. At the beginning of the year I felt like an average, but now I feel confident on how I portray myself to the public. I now have a voice and the inspiration to do the things I dream to do. I want to thank the board for their commitment to us. They strive to make the best leaders out of us, and I believe they have. Not one person in the program is incapable of changing the future because of the lessons learned this year. Thank you to Sheri for supporting me through my struggles. She was the guide to my success, and corrected my mistakes. She may need a raise for having to put up with me this school year. Thank you to my family. They listened to my venting, talked to me when I needed advice, and gave me more opportunities than I could have ever asked for. Lastly, I would like to thank our community. Without the close connection of this town, none of us would have been as successful as we currently are. Many businesses and individuals have donated throughout this year and I can only be thankful. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Isaac J. Bradley
