This is CEO member Jersey Wells with Monday’s recap. Today the entrepreneurs started the day by reading a Chapter of our book: “Thing You Wish You Knew Yesterday.” Post-discussion, we had the pleasure of welcoming back alumni Sophia Ranes to mentor the entrepreneurs on their upcoming pitch competition. During this competition entrepreneurs will be tasked with delivering a fifty to sixty second pitch for their individual business. Sophia was the 2023 pitch day competition winner as well as a National CEO Pitch Competition Finalist. Sophia generously devoted her time to share her knowledge of public speaking. She also listened to several of the entrepreneurs present their pitch and gave amazing feedback.
